The Band, Choir and Orchestra have been personally invited by Dr. Herzberg to perform at our Open House! We are so happy that we have been recognized for our accomplishments by our Lillard family and given this chance to showcase our talents for other students and parents.
Being a little short notice, though, we understand there may be some previous commitments that days. Therefore we are looking for as many band volunteers as possible to come and play. We will only play a very short time so you may enjoy the rest of the Open House that evening.
When: February 1, 2018 - Performance begins at approximately 6 PM
Where: Lillard Cafeteria
What To Wear: Band T-Shirt, Blue Jeans, Athletic Shoes
We will provide some pizza and a soda in the Band Hall after the performance for the band students who participate. Please fill out the form below to let the band director's know your student will attend (and pizza may be ordered) by Jan 26!
In order to be successful in any activity, practice must be done. The more you practice, the better you will become.
Each student has a practice record that should be filled out and turned in the first school day they are present each week. Practice each day is the most ideal scenario but we understand that life happens and sometimes that can't happen. That's OK! As long as the total minutes we ask for is done by the end of the week we are happy. Please don't try to practice all the minutes at once as the muscles in your mouth may not be ready for that and bad habits will form!
Lost your Practice Record? Print out the one below to use temporarily and we'll get you a new one in class.
