Do You Want To Be In The 6th Grade Band Next Year?
If your student is in 5th Grade, missed out instrument choice nights, and still would like to be a part of our band you are still able to!
Some of our instrument selections have filled to capacity but there are still a number of great choices available. Please contact Mr. Beason to choose an instrument and be a part of our band!

Sandy Lake is almost here! The Band is sounding great and we know they will represent Lillard very well again this year.
Our performance time is at 10:30 AM.
We ask that all eligible band students move to the cafeteria at the 8:20 AM bell for attendance and to board the bus for departure. We will leave Lillard by 8:45 AM. We will return about 15 minutes before the end of the school day.

Spring Concert and Awards
Our final public concert for the 2017-2018 Band is on May 1st at the Center for the Performing Ats in Mansfield. This has been a great year and we are so proud of what the students have accomplished. We will be sad to see them go but we know they will continue to grow and be amazing musicians.
Practice Practice Practice
In order to be successful in any activity, practice must be done. The more you practice, the better you will become.
Each student has a practice record that should be filled out and turned in the first school day they are present each week. Practice each day is the most ideal scenario but we understand that life happens and sometimes that can't happen. That's OK! As long as the total minutes we ask for is done by the end of the week we are happy. Please don't try to practice all the minutes at once as the muscles in your mouth may not be ready for that and bad habits will form!
Lost your Practice Record? Print out the one below to use temporarily and we'll get you a new one in class.
